Enhanced Listing

An enhanced listing on the USA Travel Information website provides you the opportunity to promote your business with additional descriptive text and images. We will not provide an enhanced listing for any business whose website provides adult material or gambling. Your business/website must provide a product or service relating directly to an attraction listed on our site.

Enhanced Listing Details

When you purchase an enhanced listing for your business:

Your basic listing will be moved to the top of it's category on the basic listing page and organized alphabetically with other enhanced listings on the page.
Will be prominently highlighted
Will link directly to your enhanced listing
Enhanced listing will be on it's own page and will be optimized for Search Engines based on your company information
Will include a link to your business website if you have one
Will receive one listing in the right sidebar under the "Visit our Sponsors" section on a page related to the attraction your business serves

Enhanced Listing Text

You provide the text, including a descriptive title, for your business description. We reserve the right to edit your text, although we will give you the opportunity to approve the final description we use to describe your business. You will be allowed up to 300 words.

Enhanced Listing Images

You may provide two images for your enhanced listing. Images cannot be larger than 200px by 200px, however either (or both) images can link to a larger image on its own page. All images will be optimized for fast loading which may slightly deteriorate the quality of the images. Images should be provided in .jpg or .gif format. These images may promote your business through printable coupons or other specials if you want. No adult or gambling related images will be allowed.

Cost of Enhanced Listing, and Updates

The cost for a new enhanced listing and renewal of an existing enhanced listing is currently $45 per year. This pricing and renewal pricing is subject to increase in January of each year. Once you have paid your yearly fee, you are allowed 4 enhanced listing updates per year. Each additional update after that will be subject to a fee of $10, payable before the update is completed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon order.
Your listing will not be updated until payment has been received.
You may pay by pay-pal or money order.
No personal checks are accepted.
You will be billed for renewal 11 months from original payment date, with payment due within 30 days.
Non-payment within 30 days will result in cancelation of your account and your listing being reverted to a basic listing.
If you sign back up for an enhanced listing after your account has been canceled (for any reason) pricing will be based on the current pricing scale for new enhanced listings.
We do not provide listings for businesses whose website provide adult material or gambling. If your website content changes during your subscription period to include these items, your account will be canceled due to breach of contract.
Renewal price is subject to a maximum of a 3% yearly increase.
Pricing for new enhanced listings may be increased up to 10% yearly.
Current pricing: New enhanced listings $45, renewals $45, updates over 4 per year $10 each.
No refunds.

Order or Update your Enhanced Listing

To order your enhanced listing you need to print and fill out the PDF order form (Download Adobe Reader) and follow the instructions on the form to submit. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat and do not want to download the program, email us and we will either fax or email the form to you. Don't forget to sign the form.

Your money order payment should be mailed to the address indicated on the form. If paying by pay-pal you will receive an invoice by email. You may update your existing enhanced listing (for free up to 4 times per year) by submitting our update form.
